God, tonight I lift up the woman who is overwhelmed— the woman whose mind won’t quiet, whose heart feels heavy, and whose responsibilities feel bigger than her capacity.
Lord, settle her tonight. Calm her thoughts. Slow her breathing. Let Your peace fall over her like a blanket. Remind her that she doesn’t have to carry everything alone.
Tonight, release her from the belief that she has to earn rest. Teach her that rest is holy. That rest is healing. That rest is Yours.
She is not failing— she is fatigued. She is not breaking— she is being rebuilt. She is not alone— she is held. She is still becoming her. Amen.
