Come pray with me…
God, tonight I lift up the woman who is learning to rest in Your peace— the woman whose heart races at night, whose thoughts spiral before sleep, who carries the weight of her worries into the dark hours when the world goes quiet and her mind does not.
Lord, be her peace tonight. Not the kind that comes from everything being resolved— but the kind that surpasses understanding. The peace that holds her even when nothing around her has changed.
Still her mind. Slow her thoughts. Let her exhale the tension she’s been carrying. Let her lay down the problems she cannot solve tonight and trust that You are already working on what she cannot see.
She does not have to figure everything out before she sleeps. She is allowed to rest in the middle of the unknown. She is safe. She is held. She is becoming her. Amen.
