Come pray with me…
God, tonight I lift up the woman navigating complicated family dynamics— the woman who loves her family, but is learning to protect her peace within them. Who gives grace freely but is finally learning it’s okay to have limits too.
Lord, give her wisdom in how she shows up for her family while still honoring herself. Help her release the guilt of having boundaries with the people she loves most.
Remind her that she cannot be the healer of every generation while ignoring her own wounds. That loving her family well sometimes means loving herself first.
God, bring peace to complicated relationships. Heal generational wounds. And give her discernment to know what is hers to carry and what is not.
She loves deeply. She gives freely. And she is also allowed to protect her own heart. She is becoming her. Amen.
