Come pray with me…
God, tonight I lift up the woman battling imposter syndrome— the woman who is gifted, called, and capable, but still feels like she doesn’t belong in the rooms she’s in. Like someone will discover she doesn’t really know what she’s doing.
Lord, silence the voice that says she doesn’t deserve her seat at the table. Remind her that she did not end up where she is by accident— she was guided there.
Restore her confidence in her own competence. Let her look back at how far she’s come and recognize that she has earned everything she has. That her experience, her wisdom, her perspective— they all belong in the room.
God, let her walk into every opportunity with the assurance that she is qualified, she is called, and she is ready. She belongs. She always has. She is becoming her. Amen.
