God, tonight I lift up the woman stepping into leadership— in her home, her career, her business, her community. The woman who has been called to lead but is still learning to see herself as a leader.
Lord, give her wisdom that exceeds her experience. Give her confidence that is grounded in character. Give her humility that makes her approachable and strength that makes her effective.
Remove the impostor inside her that says she has to have it all figured out to lead. Remind her that leadership is not perfection— it is direction. Not knowing everything— but being willing to learn.
God, affirm her calling tonight. Let her feel the weight of it and the privilege of it at the same time. Let her lead with courage, with compassion, with clarity.
She was born to lead. She is ready. She is becoming her. Amen.
