Come pray with me…
God, tonight I lift up the woman who is rebuilding trust with herself— the woman who ignored her intuition, betrayed herself to keep someone else comfortable, or made choices she knew weren’t right and is now learning to trust her own judgment again.
Lord, heal the relationship she has with herself. Remind her that self-betrayal is a wound too— and it deserves healing just like any other.
Teach her to keep the promises she makes to herself. To honor her own boundaries first. To listen to her inner voice before she listens to everyone else’s opinion.
God, let every kept promise to herself rebuild the trust she lost. Let every act of self-honoring remind her that she is reliable— to herself. That she can count on herself. That she is worthy of her own loyalty.
She is coming back to herself. She is trusting herself again. She is becoming her. Amen.
