Prayer 61 — The Arrival. The Becoming Her™ Prayer Series. She finally chose herself.
Come pray with me…
Father God, Tonight I lift up the woman who finally chose herself… the woman who walked away, the woman who let go, the woman who said, “I can’t keep abandoning myself to hold onto what hurts me.”
Lord… You saw every moment it took for her to get here. The nights she questioned herself. The days she almost went back. The times she wondered if she was asking for too much.
But tonight, God, remind her— she didn’t lose anything… she aligned herself.
Remind her that choosing herself was not selfish… it was sacred. It was the moment she stopped negotiating her worth. The moment she stopped shrinking to be loved. The moment she decided that peace would cost her everything— and she was finally willing to pay that price.
God, restore everything she thought she lost in the choosing. Restore her joy. Restore her softness. Restore her clarity. And this time… let it come without confusion. Without inconsistency. Without emotional chaos.
Remove every lingering attachment to what she walked away from. Close every door she was tempted to reopen. Strengthen her when loneliness tries to speak louder than truth.
And Lord, prepare her for what she prayed for— a love that feels like peace, a love that feels like safety, a love that feels like alignment.
Let her no longer be attracted to potential… but to presence. Not to words… but to consistency. Not to intensity… but to stability.
Because the woman she is now… doesn’t chase. doesn’t beg. doesn’t convince. She chooses… and she is chosen.
And I declare over her life tonight: She will not go back. She will not second-guess her growth. She will not settle for less than what aligns with her healing.
She is standing in her worth now. She is walking in her peace now. She is becoming her… fully. And what is meant for her will meet her there.
Amen. 🤍
