Come pray with me…
God, tonight I lift up the woman who is learning to forgive herself— the woman carrying guilt, regret, or shame for choices she made when she didn’t know better, when she was hurting, or when she was just trying to survive.
Lord, release her from the weight of her own judgment. Remind her that healing requires self-compassion, not self-punishment. Teach her to speak to herself with grace instead of criticism.
Tonight, let her feel the freedom that comes with forgiveness. Let her understand that she is allowed to move on, to grow, to rewrite her story without carrying the burden of the past.
She is not her past. She is not her mistakes. She is not the woman she was back then. She is evolving. She is healing. She is becoming her. Amen.
