Hey Love — I’m Tricia.

I want to tell you something nobody told me when I needed it most:

Starting over is not failure. Starting over is the bravest thing you will ever do.

I know because I’ve done it. More than once. And every single time, I found that what waited on the other side of the hard thing was a version of me I hadn’t met yet — stronger, softer, and more herself than ever before.

That’s why women find me. And that’s why they stay.

My Story

I was born and raised in the Caribbean — with a rich and diverse racial and cultural background that shaped how I see the world and the women I serve. I came from a family with resources, which gave me a foundation. But arriving in a new land, learning a new culture, and finding my way — even with support — was not easy. It required figuring out who you are when no one around you looks like you, thinks like you, or has walked the road you’re on.

I found my way. Eventually. And along the way, I discovered something important about myself — I have always been someone who shows up fully, even when it’s hard.

I was a competitive swimmer. I coached learn-to-swim programs for adults and children — teaching people not to be afraid of the water, helping them find their footing in something unfamiliar. Looking back, that was the first version of the work I do now. I was named Undergrad of the Year and Homecoming Queen at the University of Connecticut — not because my path was easy, but because even in the middle of navigating a new world, I chose to show up fully. And the people around me saw it.

I went on to earn my MBA in Finance — not in some quiet, comfortable chapter of life, but as a newly divorced mother with a small child, figuring it out one day at a time. That season taught me more about resilience, faith, and the courage to start over than anything else ever could.

I built a career in real estate spanning 25+ years — growing a brokerage from 12 agents to 5 offices, leading 26 metro Atlanta offices as a VP, and writing the book Rich Off Real Estate. And for nearly 15 years alongside all of it, I have been coaching and mentoring women — through leadership transitions, life changes, and the work of becoming who they were always meant to be. I raised my daughter. I healed from heartbreak. I rebuilt myself after loss. And I turned 50 and decided that instead of slowing down, I would finally start becoming the woman I was always meant to be.

I started sharing that journey online — the real version, not the highlight reel — and something unexpected happened. Women showed up. By the thousands. Not because my life was perfect. Because it wasn’t. And because I kept going anyway.

Today I am a multi-brand entrepreneur, executive coach, licensed real estate broker, and YouTube creator with a community of women who are healing, building, and becoming her — one intentional step at a time.
