God, tonight I lift up the woman healing her relationship with her body— the woman who has criticized herself, picked herself apart, and spent years at war with the skin she is in.
Lord, make peace between her and her body. Heal the language she uses when she looks in the mirror. Replace the criticism with compassion. The shame with gratitude. The war with wonder.
Remind her that her body has carried her through everything. Through heartbreak. Through healing. Through hard seasons. Through becoming.
God, let her see her body as an ally, not an enemy. Let her nourish it with kindness. Let her move it with joy. Let her dress it with love.
She is not her size. She is not her flaws. She is a woman, beautifully made, still becoming. She is becoming her. Amen.
