God, tonight I lift up the woman healing from emotional exhaustion— the woman tired in her spirit, not just her body. The woman who gave everything she had and now finds herself running on empty.
Lord, restore her. Not just with sleep— but with soul-level rest. The kind that refills what was depleted. The kind that heals what was drained. The kind that only You can give.
Teach her new rhythms. New ways of being that don’t require her to run until she crashes. Help her recognize the early signs of depletion and honor them before they become emergencies.
God, give her permission to do less. To receive more. To be still without guilt. To recover without apologizing for it.
She has earned this rest. She deserves to be restored. She is being refilled. She is becoming her. Amen.
