God, tonight I lift up the woman who is learning to love herself— not in a surface way, but in a deep, honest, spiritual way that requires unlearning, healing, and choosing herself daily.
Lord, teach her how to speak kindly to herself. Teach her how to honor her own needs. Teach her how to stop apologizing for wanting peace, respect, and real love.
Tonight, silence the voice in her mind that tells her she’s not enough. Quiet the memories that try to convince her she has to earn love to deserve it.
Replace every insecurity with identity. Replace every fear with confidence. Replace every wound with Your healing.
God, show her what it feels like to be loved correctly— starting with how she loves herself. Let her feel worthy in her bones. Let her feel chosen in her spirit. Let her feel whole in her heart.
She is not hard to love— she just needed to learn how to love herself first. She is becoming her. Amen.
