• Messages are answered within 24 hours on weekdays, during business hours. Messages sent on weekends or holidays are answered the next business day.
• Access is for coaching-related communication and is available only while your membership is active.
• Membership renews monthly until cancelled. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. No refunds or partial refunds for the current month.
• If a payment fails, access may be paused until the account is current.
• All communication is private and confidential.
